It remains one of the most important national holidays in Greece.\u2028\u2028Did you know?\u2028Greek Independence Day is celebrated on the same day as the Greek Orthodox Feast of the Annunciation, giving the holiday both national and religious significance.\u2028\u2028The Greek flag\u2019s nine stripes are said to represent the nine syllables of the phrase meaning \u201cFreedom or Death\u201d, a famous motto of the revolution.\u2028\u2028Greece is considered one of the birthplaces of democracy, philosophy, and many ideas that shaped the modern world.<br><br>We would like to extend our warm congratulations to our Greek colleagues, partners, and friends.
